Back-to-school signals early rising for all the kids who were used to enjoying their relaxed summer schedule. It can be challenging getting kids back on target for an early rise after much of their summer is spent sleeping in. With doctors recommending a minimum of eight hours of sleep for young adults, a structured sleep routine is essential.
