Tamra Judge is a source of fitness inspiration to her fans and social media followers, and she regularly dishes diet and exercise tips on Instagram — even getting candid enough to reveal her exact weight.
Recently, Tamra shared the morning routine that helps her maintain that weight and fitness level, “Wake up around 5 am listen to Rick Warren Daily Hope [Christian radio broadcast] with a cup of coffee. Make a green shake, take Sophia to school and head to @cutfitoc.”
And now, she’s sharing more about the kind of morning diet she recommends when you want to get solid-food, high-protein fuel for the day.
Tamra shared on her Instagram Stories that she’d be “in the car for 6 hours,” and invited fans to ask her anything during her free time. One asked her to specify her “best/easiest breakfast for weight loss.”
Tamra replied with her recommendation: egg whites and sauteed veggies.
Another asked for Tamra’s best advice on just how to start the process of clean eating when it can feel so daunting? Tamra replied, “You can start by cutting out things like soda, empty calories, sugar, processed foods, etc. Take it slow if you need to, and use your will power until the cravings are over!”
She added a personal note about something she’s alluded to before… when she said plainly, “Moderation is for p——.” This time, she noted: “I don’t do the moderation thing. If I take one bite of bread, I’ll eat the whole loaf!”
Overall, Tamra’s approach to fitness much more about sustainable habits than gimmicks: She recently told The Feast that she tried the Keto diet until it made her sick, and now she flat-out agrees with Jillian Michaels’ controversial comments slamming it. Instead, The Real Housewives of Orange County mom told us that these days, “I don’t really follow any diet — I just follow a lifestyle.”
