Green Smoothie recipe

Blend the below ingredients together for a delicious, refreshing and healthy breakfast.

  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • ½ cup kale or silverbeet
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 5 almonds
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • Handful of mint
  • 1 cup ice
